摘要
针对高速铁路铝合金接触网零部件出现霉点腐蚀及表面处理层剥落现象,提出阳极氧化与微弧氧化2种防腐处理措施;通过在工艺机理、膜层厚度、硬度、盐雾腐蚀等方面进行性能差异对比及全寿命周期成本分析,确定铝合金微弧氧化处理方案更具优势,可消除铝合金接触网零部件线路腐蚀等隐患,降低运营成本,满足高铁线路安全运行的需要。
With regard to the mildew stains and peeling of surface treatment layer of aluminum alloy OCS fittings for high speed railway, the paper proposes two anti-corrosion treatment of anodic oxidation and micro-arc oxidation; by comparison of performance differences in terms of process mechanics, thickness of film layer, hardness and salt fog corrosion as well as the full life cycle cost analysis, it is determined that the scheme by means of aluminum alloy micro-arc oxidation treatment is more advantageous, and is able to eliminate the potential risks of corrosion of OCS aluminum alloy fittings, lower the operation cost and meet the requirements on safety operation of high speed railways.
