点焊信息在线监测与评估在航天器舱体结构中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 航天器密封舱涉及点焊位置几百处。在点焊过程中监测并控制熔核尺寸、冶金缺陷,保证接头质量是十分迫切的。针对航天器密封舱点焊质量在线监测的需求,搭建了一套点焊信息在线监测与评估系统,通过统计分析采集到的原始特征信息值,获得了压力曲线和动态电阻的特征值,实现了对焊点飞溅、虚焊(或焊点熔核偏小)质量的在线评估。验证结果表明该系统具有较高的可信性。研究成果已应用于某型号密封舱桁条加强筋的焊接生产中。为航天器数字化车间的建设提供借鉴,有力提升了航天器研制过程中的质量检测和产品数据包数字化追溯能力。 Spacecraft sealed cabin contains hundreds of resistance spot welding. It's ultra important to ensure the joint quality through monitoring and controlling the nugget size as well as metallurgy defeats. In order to monitor the spot welding quality of spacecraft sealed cabin, an on-line spot welding monitoring and quality assessment system is developed. Through the statistical analysis of the collected original characteristic information,the eigenvalues of the pressure curve and the dynamic resistance arc obtained,and the online assessment of tire quality of solder joint spatter,virtual solder joint(or solder joint nugget) is achieved. Verification results show that the system has high credibility. The system has been successfully applied to monitor the welding production of cabin reinforcement ribs. This research might provide some advises to the building of spacecraft digital workshops ,and can also improve the ability of quality monitoring and digital traceability during the manufacturing of spacecraft.
