苯/甲苯与甲醇/合成气在ZSM-5体系下烷基化对比 被引量:6

摘要 为调配BTX芳烃比例,进行了苯/甲苯的转化率以及各产物选择性的研究,对比了苯与甲醇/合成气、甲苯与甲醇三类反应。当对比合成气/甲醇作为甲基化试剂与苯反应时,苯的转化率分别为36.81%/39.98%,生成各芳烃选择性相差不大,但合成气生成水的选择性远高于甲醇;此外与合成气相比,甲醇的转化率更高。当甲醇作为甲基化试剂与苯/甲苯反应时,在与芳烃、甲醇、氢气相关的性能指标相差不大,说明甲醇作为甲基化试剂对苯/甲苯的反应性能大致相同。本文为以后甲基化试剂的选择提供了依据。 In order to adjust the ratios of BTX aromatics, the conversions of benzene and toluene and the selectivities of various products were studied. The reactions of benzene with methanol or syngas and toluene with methanol were compared. When the syngas and methanol were used as methylation reagent, respectively, the conversions of benzene were 36.81% and 39.98%, rerspectively, and the selectivities of various aromatics were similar, but the water selectivity of syngas was much higher than that of methanol. In addition, the conversion of methanol is higher than that of syngas. When methanol was used as methylation reagent to react with benzene and toluene, respectively, the performance indicators related to aromatics, methanol and hydrogen were similar, indicating that the the reactions of methanol with benzene or toluene have roughly the same performance. This paper provides a basis for the future selection of methylation reagents.
