苯溶剂下超临界CO_2萃取枣庄煤的产物分析

摘要 在苯夹带剂作用下CO_2超临界萃取枣庄煤,为煤中低温超临界萃取产物的利用提供了的理论依据,同时对煤的成煤环境进行分析。萃取物中共检测出52种有机化合物。其中包括14种芳烃类(占36.81%)、8种酯类(占20.97%)、17种烷烃类(占24.12%)、3种酮类(占11.72%)、2种脂肪酸(占2.43%)、1种酸酐(占0.229%)和7种其他物质(占3.60%)。对煤样进行电镜扫描,发现萃取过程对煤样表面进行了不同程度的破坏。检测到生物标志物:2,6,10,14-四甲基十六烷(植烷)2,6,10,14-四甲基十五烷(姥姣烷)、17α,18β-28,30双降藿烷和γ-谷甾醇等。检测出的姥鲛烷和植烷二种类异戊二烯烃,其Pr/Ph<1可推测成煤环境主要是在较强还原状态下进行的。 The theoretical basis for the utilization of the supercritical extraction products of coal were provided by CO2 supercritical extraction of Zaozhuang coal under the action of benzene, and the coal forming environment was analyzed. A total of 52 organic compounds were detected in the extract, including 14 aromatics (36.81%), 8 esters (20.97%), 17 alkanes (24.12%), 3 ketones (11.72%), 2 fatty acids (2.43%), 1 anhydride (0.229%) and 9 other compounds (4.351%). Electron microscope scanning was carried out on the coal sample, and the result showed that the extraction process destroyed the surface of sample in some degree. Some biomarkers are detected, including 2,6,10,14-tetramethyl hexadecane (phytane), 2,6,10,14-tetramethyl-pentadecane (pristane), 17.alfa. -21.beta.-28,30-bisnorhopane and 18 gamma sitosterol, etc., among them the pristane and phytane are two isoprenoids. The ratio of pristane to phytane (Pr/Ph) is below 1, from which it can be inferred that the coal-forming environment is primarily a strong reduction state.
