针对我国中小企业信息化管理"真空状态"的发展现状,给出了一种基于智能终端的、按层级设计的中小企业智能车间系统架构,并详细介绍了各层的基本结构和技术要求;该系统可实现数据采集、通信、分析、追踪定位以及信息实时显示、推送等功能,构建了一个完整的物联网闭环系统,解决了中小企业由传统制造车间向智能化车间发展的难过渡问题。

In view of the current situation of the ＂vacuum state＂ of information management in small and medium sized enterprises in China, an intelligent workshop system for small and medium sized enterprises based on intelligent terminals and for SMEs is designed in the paper. And the basic structure and technical requirements of each layer are introduced;the system can realize data acquisition, communication, analysis, tracking, positioning and real-time display of information, push and other functions. A complete closed loop system of Internet of things is constructed, solve the problem of small and medium-sized enterprises from the traditional manufacturing workshop to the development of intelligent workshop.
