云制造环境下数控装备资源服务匹配方法研究 被引量:2

摘要 在资源服务匹配方法研究的基础上,结合资源概念之间的继承关系和同层关系,考虑数控装备资源的类别信息、状态信息、功能信息、Qo S信息以及综合信息等因素对查准率的影响,提出一种"刚性参数"与"分层匹配"相结合的云制造环境下数控装备资源服务匹配方法。依据该服务匹配方法的思想及流程,设计并开发了数控装备资源云制造平台系统原型。在此基础上,对该匹配方法开展了性能仿真实验。结果表明,该匹配方法能够精确、快速地匹配出符合资源请求者需求描述的资源,使得资源查准率得到较大幅度的提升。 Based on the matching methods of resource service, this paper puts forward a matching method of the CNC equipment resource service combining with "rigid parameter" and "hierarchical matching". In this method, inheritance relationships and peer relationships of resource concept are considered. As also, the resource precision influenced by category information matching, status information matching, function information matching, QoS information matching and general information matching is included. A prototype of the cloud equipment manufacturing platform of the CNC equipment resource is designed and developed based on the matching method. And on this basis simulation experiment is carried out. The result demonstrated that resource can be matched more accurate and faster, and resource precision can be got obvious improvement by this method.
