摘要
为了让操作者更好地了解机床的加工状态,提出一种面向人因的加工中心观察窗人性化设计方法。根据人机工程学原理对加工中心观察窗可视性、宜人性和安全性3个方面进行分析,制定了加工中心观察窗的设计准则;基于设计准则,运用层次分析法(analytic hierarchy process,AHP)的基本理论构建立了加工中心观察窗人机学指标体系和评价模型;采用了模糊综合评价对加工中心观察窗进行人机学评价。基于面向人因的设计方法,实现了国产μ2000-630HF卧式加工中心观察窗的改进设计与评价。
In order to make the operator get a better understanding of the machining status of the machine tool, a human-oriented design method for the observation window of the machining center is proposed. In this work, the visibility, pleasantness, safety of the observation window are analyzed according to ergonomics, and the design criterion of the observation window is made. Based on the design criteria, the human -machine index system and evaluation model of the observation window are established using analytic hierarchy process, and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is adopted to evaluate the observation window. Based on the human-oriented design method, the improved design and evaluation of the observation window of the domestic μ2000-630HF horizontal machining center is realized.
