圆度误差对气体静压主轴回转精度的影响研究 被引量:1

摘要 针对圆度误差对气体静压主轴回转精度的影响,建立了基于主轴圆度误差的气浮力和离心惯性力动态计算模型。以Talyrond 585LT-500圆柱度仪的检测结果为源数据进行计算,得出这两种力对气静压主轴回转精度的影响结果。经过分析得到以下结论:由轴套和转子圆度误差产生的不平衡气浮力对主轴回转精度的影响很小;由转子外圆表面圆度误差产生的离心惯性力对主轴回转精度的影响较大,且离心惯性力会显著影响主轴在高转速下的回转精度。 According to the effect of roundness error on the calculation model of air lift force and centrifugal rotational accuracy of aerostatic spindle, the dynamic force based on spindle roundness error are established. The model is calculated by using the data collected influence of the two forces on the rotating accuracy that the effect of the unbalanced force caused the spindle is very great influence on small, and the centrifugal the rotating accuracy rotating accuracy of the spindle at high by the Taylor 585LT cylindrical instrument, and the of the aerostatic spindle is obtained. It is concluded by the shaft and rotor form error on the rotating accuracy of force caused by the form error of the rotor surface has a of the spindle. The centrifugal force will significantly affect the speed.
