摘要 针对HMC-e系列卧式加工中心,主轴箱垂直运动,主轴轴线方向与主轴箱运动方向垂直,且攻丝、镗孔及曲面加工时的切削力矩较大,为保证主轴部件的平稳性、可靠性及动态快速响应特性,需对主轴箱设置平衡系统,提出选用一种新型氮气平衡器,应用于主轴箱垂直运动上,实现平衡主轴箱重量的设计目标,具有结构紧凑、平衡力稳定可靠及可配合高速切削等优点,解决了原有气缸平衡系统增加机床高度、元器件复杂及压力不稳定等问题,为机床整体性能提高和技术参数优化奠定基础。 Focus on HMC-e series horizontal machining center, the spindle box moves vertically, and the spindle axis is perpendicular to the direction of the spindle box motion, furthermore, the cutting torque is very large when tapping, boring and surface processing, so a balance system shall be provided for the spindle box in order to ensure the stability, reliability and dynamic fast response characteristics of spindle parts, then a new type of nitrogen balancer is proposed, which is applied for spindle box vertical motion and achieves the design objective of balancing spindle box weight. It has the advantages of compact structure, stable and reliable balance force and high speed cutting, also solves many issues on the original air cylinder balance system, such as increasing machine height, complex components and pressure instability, finally lays the foundation for improving the overall machine performance and optimizing the technical parameters.
