晚明诗坛的变化转折与心学思潮的兴起息息相关。徐渭青年交游多以心学名流为主,这深深影响了他的诗歌创作主张。他力主"诗本乎情",是晚明公安派、竟陵派的先声。徐渭诗歌内容涉及边塞、山水田园、时事政治、题画等诸多方面,部分诗歌表达了对封建礼教压制女性的不满。

The change of poetic style in the late Ming Dynasty is closely related to the rise of the ideologicaltrend of study. Most of XU Wei＇s young friends were such scholars who deeply influenced his poetic writing.He advocated ＂Poetry is all about love＂, and became the pioneer of Gongan and Jingling School in the lateMing Dynasty. The content of his poems relates to the frontier, farming, current affairs and Chinese pictures.Some poems expressed dissatisfaction with the feudal oppression to the female.
