老年心房颤动发病影响因素研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨老年心房颤动发病的影响因素。方法选取自1998年2月至2008年2月在沈阳军区总医院门诊接受健康体检的1 485例体检者为研究对象,所有体检者均无心房颤动病史。记录研究对象的性别、年龄、收缩压、既往病史及吸烟史,并采集空腹静脉血液检测肾小球滤过率、甘油三酯、血尿酸水平等指标。每月电话随访,收集心房颤动的发病情况,并对其发病的影响因素进行分析。结果本组患者中,90例发生心房颤动。年龄、收缩压、吸烟与心房颤动的发病具有相关性。甘油三酯升高、低密度脂蛋白升高、肾小球滤过率降低不影响心房颤动的发生、发展,高尿酸血症、吸烟为心房颤动发病的危险因素。结论老年患者心房颤动发病率高,年龄、血压、吸烟、尿酸与心房颤动发病密切相关。
