Research on XI Jin-ping's Strategic Thought of Network Power

为把我国建设成为网络强国,以习近平为核心的党中央在科学把握互联网时代特征,准确判断国际互联网发展态势,结合我国互联网发展现状的时代背景下,提出网络强国战略思想。这一思想将从促进国家治理现代化、推动国家创新发展、巩固国家安全等方面发挥重要作用,其包含着深刻的内在意蕴,应坚持以人民为中心,顺应人民期待,从加强技术创新、加强基础设施建设、培育网络文化、加强国际合作等方面推动网络强国战略思想的落实,加快中国由网络大国向网络强国转变。

In order to build our country into a network power,after scientifically grasping the internet era characteristics,accurately judging the developing tendency of the international Internet,and combining with the current situation of China＇s Internet development background,the Party Central Committee with XI Jin-ping as the core put forward the strategic thinking of network power. This thought will play an important role in promoting the modernization of national governance,promoting the national innovation and development,consolidating the national security and so on,it contains deep inner implications which adhere to the people as the center,conform to the people＇s expectations,we should strengthen the technological innovation,and the infrastructure construction,cultivate the network culture,strengthen the international cooperation and other aspects so as to promote the implementation of strategic thinking of network power,accelerating China＇s transition into a cyber power.
