The Contradiction of College Students' Leisure Life and Its Solution

闲暇生活为满足大学生的基本心理需求提供了广阔空间。但大学生闲暇素养的缺乏、现实人际交往的缺失、高校闲暇情境的缺位,阻碍了大学生基本心理需求的实现,构成了大学生闲暇生活的矛盾。将闲暇素养纳入高校德育体系、加强非正式群体建设、优化校园文化建设及开展多样化的团体辅导,能有效化解矛盾,促进大学生闲暇生活的发展,加快高校立德树人根本任务的完成。

Leisure life provides a wide space to meet the basic psychological needs of college students. But the absence of college students＇ leisure literacy,the lack of real interpersonal communication,the absence of university leisure situation hindered the implementation of college students＇ basic psychological needs,which constitutes the contradiction of college students＇ leisure life. To bring leisure literacy into the system of moral education in colleges,strengthen the construction of informal groups,optimize campus culture construction and carry out diversified group counseling,can effectively resolve contradictions and promote the development of college students＇ leisure life,as well as accelerate the completion of moral values establishment and people cultivation.
