师范类高校女大学生创新创业新探——以山东某师范院校为例

New Exploration of Female Students' Innovation and Entrepreneurship in Normal Universities: Taking a Shandong Normal University as an Example

大学生创新创业意识的培养,对促进大学生全面发展,提高自身竞争力,帮助实现自我价值和职业理想具有重要作用。相比其他高校群体,师范类院校中的女大学生创新意识的培养和创业实践更需受到关注。整体而言,师范类高校女大学生创新创业还处于起步阶段,教育环境需要进一步完善。在新时代下,师范类高校创新创业教育应深化教育理念,加强教育环境进步优化。政府重视,社会参与,多方合力,促进女大学生更好地创新创业。

The cultivation of innovative entrepreneurial consciousness plays an important role in promoting allround development,improving competitiveness,helping to realize self-worth and professional ideal of university students. Compared with other groups,the cultivation of innovation and entrepreneurship practice of female students should be paid more attention to normal universities. On the whole,female students＇ innovation and entrepreneurship is still in its infancy,education environment needs to be further improved. In the new era,innovation and entrepreneurship education should deepen its concept and strengthen environment in normal universities. Meanwhile,government and society need to attach great importance to promote female students ＇ innovation and entrepreneurship.
