基于层次分析法的家庭经济困难学生精准认定研究

Study on the Precise Identification of Family Financially Disadvantaged Students Based on Analytic Hierarchy Process

贫困生认定是学生资助工作的起点,也是当前学生资助工作亟待破解的难点,更是学生、家长和社会关注的热点。由于部分学生诚信缺失提供虚假信息、地方政府在出具贫困证明可靠性不强等原因,高校在贫困生认定时主要靠主观印象,缺乏客观详实的数据作支撑。基于层次分析法,通过对不同高校、院系、专业学生影响其家庭经济困难的因素进行分析,探索构建科学的量化认定指标体系,为实现精准认定提供一种新路径。

Impoverished students＇ identification is the starting point for supporting impoverished students and the key points that need to be solved urgently for the current student funding work. It is also a hot spot for students,parents and the community. Due to some students＇ lack of good faith to provide false information,local governments are not so reliable in issuing poverty certificates and other reasons,colleges and universities rely mainly on subjective impressions and lack of objective and detailed data in the identification of poor students. Through the analytic hierarchy process,analyzing the factors that affect the financial difficulties of their families in different universities,faculties and professions,the establishment of a scientific index system of quantitative identification is explored so as to provide a new way for achieving accurate identification.
