舒适护理在带状疱疹护理中的临床效果分析

Analysis on Clinical Effect of Comfort Nursing in Herpes Zoster

目的探讨舒适护理在带状疱疹护理中的临床效果。方法选取2016年5月-2017年9月在我院就诊的80例带状疱疹患者,随机分为观察组(舒适护理)和对照组(常规护理)各40例。对比两组健康教育评分、止痛时间、愈合时间、住院时间、舒适度和满意度。结果观察组总有效率87.50%,与对照组总有效率67.50%比较,显著升高(P<0.05)。观察组止痛时间、愈合时间和住院时间均显著短于对照组(P<0.05),健康教育评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组舒适度95.00%和满意度97.50%,与对照组舒适度75.00%和满意度70%比较,显著升高(P<0.05)。结论舒适护理可有效促进带状疱疹患者康复,增加其舒适度和满意度,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of comfort nursing in herpes zoster. Methods 80 patients with herpes zoster who were treated in our hospital from May 2016 to September 2017 were randomly divided in- to the observation group （comfortable nursing） and the control group （routine nursing）, 40 cases in each group. The scores of two groups＇ health education, pain relief time, healing time, time of hospitalization, comfort and satisfaction were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 87.50%, compared with the total effective rate of the control group（67.50%）, which was significantly higher（P〈0.05）. The analgesic time, healing time and hospitalization time of the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group （P〈0.05）, and the health education score was significantly higher than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. The comfort degree of the observation group was 95% and the satisfaction was 97.50% ,compared with the comfort degree （75.00%）of the control group and the satisfaction degree 70%, the group was significantly in- creased （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The comfortable nursing can effectively promote the recovery of herpes zoster, increase its comfort and satisfaction, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
