摘要
随着越来越多的深井、超深井和含硫化氢油气田的出现和开采,对石油管材的性能要求越来越高。细化材料晶粒和组织是实现材料高性能的最重要和最基本的方法。通过试验分析了热处理工艺对管材组织细化的影响,为高品质石油管材的设计及工艺制定提供了参考。
The performance of petroleum tubes are needed to improved with the emergence and exploitation of deep wells, ultra deep wells and hydrogen sulfide gas fields. It is the most important and basic method to refine the grain and microstructure of materials. This paper analyses the influence of heat treatment process on the microstructure refinement, and provides a reference for the design and process of high performance petroleum tubes.
