摘要
利用X衍射、扫描电镜等分析手段研究了大型钛渣电炉出渣口炉衬耐火材料残砖,分析了该部位耐火材料的蚀损机理,提出了相应材质改进建议,对实现钛渣电炉的进一步长寿化具有一定的指导意义。
While the surviving bricks of the passage of slag outlet lining erosion on large-scale titanium slag electric furnace were researched by x-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscope etc, the corrosion mechanism of refrac- tory in this part was analyzed. Suggestions for improving the material were put forward. It has a certain guiding sig- nificance for the further long life of large titanium slag electric furnace.
