摘要
针对后排座椅头枕强度的物理试验,进行了基于LS-DYNA的有限元仿真分析,成功再现了试验的失效模式。通过有限元仿真分析,实现了对后排挂钩钢丝的结构优化设计,并顺利通过了物理试验。
FEA analysis for headrest strength hased on LS-DYNA was made. The failure type compared with physical test was reappeared. Through FEA analysis, structure optimization for rear seat hook wire based on LS-DYNA was done, and the optimizated structure passed the physical test.
