摘要
采用NXP公司的S12ZVMC128和功率模块进行PMSM EPS控制器的开发,实现结构紧凑和成本低廉的目标。采用下端母线电流单电阻采样的电机三相电流重构方法,既保证了电流的采样精度要求,又降低了成本。软件的开发采用MATLAB建模和代码生成,使开发过程简单高效。
Using NXP' s S12ZVMC 128 and power module, the development of PMSM EPS controller was realized with small size and low cost. The three-phase current reconstruction method using the lower bus current and the single shunt sampling not only ensured the sampling precision requirements of the current, but also reduced cost. MATLAB modeling and code generation was used on software development , so the development process was simple and efficient.
