车身材料腐蚀试验相关性研究

Study on Correlation of Corrosion Test of Body Material

通过车身材料冷轧板、镀锌板在中性盐雾试验、循环腐蚀试验和整车强化腐蚀试验中的腐蚀表征,对比分析两种材料在不同试验周期的腐蚀扩散量、腐蚀微观形貌和腐蚀量3个维度的相关性。结果表明:无论是裸板还是电泳后的冷轧板、镀锌板,两种材料在循环腐蚀与强化腐蚀试验中的数据拟合后偏差小,相关性较好。

The relationship between the corrosion diffusion, the microstrueture and the corrosion quantity of the two materials in the different test periods was analyzed by comparing the corrosion characteristics of the cold rolled sheet and galvanized sheet in the neutral salt spray test, the cyclic corrosion test and the intensified corrosion test of the whole vehicle. The results show that to the cold rolled sheet and the galvanized sheet after electrophoresis or to the bare plate, the data fitting errors are small and the correlation is better in the cyclic corrosion and the intensified corrosion test.
