某全景天窗车身扭转刚度的分析与改进

摘要 扭曲工况下天窗开口变形量是对全景天窗车身刚度的指标要求,全景天窗车身可通过扭转刚度进行定量评估。通过更改顶盖前后横梁断面、修改部分零部件料厚等措施,将车身扭转刚度提升到某一数值,可满足全景天窗的使用要求;通过CAE模拟分析得到的结论,可以作为车身结构开发的参考。 The panoramic sunroof open deformation under sinusoidal road condition is the index requirement for panoramic sunroof car body stiffness. Torsional rigidity can be used to evaluate panoramic sunroof body quantitatively. Through changing before and after roof beam section, modifying material thickness of some parts, the body torsional stiffness was increased to a certain value, then the using demand of the panoramic roof could be satisfied. The conclusion obtained through CAE simulation analysis can be used as a reference for the design of body structure design.
