摘要
在某发动机开发试验过程中,发现缸体与缸盖结合面处出现渗油现象。经过对渗油处的结构、受力及设计等进行分析排查和台架验证,通过改变缸盖螺栓光杆直径、改善螺栓拧紧方式、优化缸垫凸筋结构及缸垫选用进口板材等,解决了渗油问题。
When a engine was in a test, it was found that the oil leaked at the joint surface of cylinder block and cylinder head. Through analyzing the structure, stress and design of the oil speaking and checking on the bench, it was proposed that through changing the diameter of the cylinder head bolt and the way of bolt tightening, optimizing the structure of cylinder pad, choosing import plate, the leaking problem could be solved.
