摘要 目的:探讨桂枝加大黄汤的镇痛作用。方法:采用小鼠热水缩尾法、热板法和醋酸扭体法观察分析桂枝加大黄汤和延胡索水煎液的镇痛作用。结果:与正常对照组比较,桂枝加大黄汤和延胡索水煎液能够提高热水缩尾法和热板法所致小鼠的痛阈值,减少小鼠扭体次数。结论:桂枝加大黄汤具有镇痛作用,其对腹痛的治疗效果优于延胡索水煎液。 Objective: This study aims to investigate the analgesic effect of Guizhi jia Dahuang decoction.Methods: In comparison with water decoction of Yanhusuo(rhizoma corydalis), the analgesic effect of Guizhi jia Dahuang decoction was investigated in mice by tail-immersion, hot plate tests and acetic acid writhing test. Results: Compared with normal control group, the pain threshold induced by tail-immersion and hot plate tests was boosted in mice, and the number of writhing induced by acetic acid in mice can be significantly reduced by Guizhi jia Dahuang decoction and rhizoma corydalis in mice. Conclusion: Guizhi jia Dahuang decoction had the analgesic effect, and the treatment outcome of Guizhi jia Dahuang decoction was better than that of rhizoma corydalis.
