穴位按摩加经络拍打治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效观察

Observation of Point Massage Combined with Meridians Beat for Improving Symptoms in Patients with Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy

目的:研究穴位按摩联合经络拍打治疗糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)的临床疗效。方法:将60例DPN患者随机分为对照组和治疗组各30例,对照组采用常规基础治疗联合甲钴胺片,治疗组采用基础治疗联合穴位按摩和经络拍打,疗程为2周,对比临床安全性和有效性。结果:两组治疗后中医证候总积分较治疗前降低,ABI指数升高,且治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.05),治疗组临床有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2 h血糖(PBG)、平均收缩压和舒张压比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:穴位按摩联合经络拍打可有效改善DPN患者的临床症状。

Objective： This study aims to study effects of point massage combined with meridians beat for improving symptoms in patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy（DPN）. Methods： A total of 60 consecutives diagnosed as DPN from February 2015 to December 2016 were divided randomly into control and observation groups and each of 30 cases. The patients in control group received common basic treatment and methycobal and the others in observation group adopted basic treatment and point massage plus meridians beat, the period was for 2 weeks, then to compare the safety and effectiveness. Results： The total score of TCM syndrome after treatment in the two groups were both lower, ABI index higher, and they in observation group were more improvements than control group（P〈0.05）. The efficacy rate and degree in observation group were significantly more higher than control group（P〈0.05）. The values of fasting blood glucose（FBG）, blood glucose 2 h post diet（PBG）,mean systolic and diastolic blood pressure in the two groups were no statistical differences（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： It is better of point massage combined with meridians beat for improving symptoms in patients with DPN.
