社会责任视角下我国疫苗企业外部治理问题初探

Research on the External Governance of Chinese Vaccine Enterprises from the Perspective of Social Responsibility

从研读近几年医药行业的社会责任研究报告得知,我国法规对疫苗企业信息披露制度缺乏明确规定,疫苗企业也没有找到适合自身履行社会责任的运营模式。鉴此,本文认为我国法规应为之出台严格的信息披露制度,以便完善疫苗企业外部治理环境;引入"西格玛模式",才能促进疫苗行业全面履行社会责任。

From the study of the pharmaceutical industry＇s social responsibility report in recent years, it is learned that there is no clear laws and regulations on theinformation disclosure system for vaccine enterprises in China, at the same time the vaccine enterprises could not find their own suitable operation mode to perform the social responsibility.Consequently, laws and regulations of strict information disclosure system should be issued in China in order to improve the external governance environment for vaccine enterprises. The author argues that the introduction of sigma model can promote the vaccine industry＇s full fulfillment of their social responsibility.
