"医闹"是医患纠纷畸形发展的产物,不仅影响了我国医院工作秩序,损害了医务人员的合法权益,更阻碍了医疗卫生行业的健康发展。明确"医闹"概念是对"医闹"展开研究的前提,在论述"医闹"概念的由来及发展的基础上,重新界定"医闹"概念,同时与"医疗纠纷""医暴"等相关概念进行辨析,并进一步分析"医闹"成因与医疗纠纷成因的关系,着重探讨成因中影响医疗纠纷有效解决和患者"医闹"偏好的因素。

＂Medical disturbance＂ is the product of the deformed development of medical disputes, which has a growing trend in China in recent years.It not only affects the work order in hospitals, damages the legal rights and interests of medical staff, but also hinders the healthy development of medical and health industry in China.A clear understanding of ＂medical disturbance＂ is the precondition for its study.On the basis of discussing the origin and development of ＂medical disturbance＂, this paper redefines ＂medical disturbance＂, distinguishes it from related concepts such as ＂medical dispute＂, ＂medical violenceat＂ the same time, further analyzes the relationship between the causes of ＂medical disturbance＂ and the causes of medical disputes, and discusses the factors influencing effective solution to the medical disputes and patients＇ preference for ＂medical disturbance＂.
