摘要
采用近似因子分解法、光滑粒子流体动力学法进行挤压铸造充型过程数值模拟研究。模拟结果显示,近似因子分解法、光滑粒子流体动力学法(SPH)计算结果与Win-cast铸造模拟软件计算结果基本一致,从而验证了两种方法的有效性和准确性。由于SPH的粒子携带材料性质,能够在空间中运动,较传统的有限差分法而言,不存在自由表面和运动物质交界面等的位置难以精确确定的问题,在数学模型的建立方面具有一定优势。
Numerical simulation of filling process in squeeze casting was carried out by using approximate factor method and smoothed particle hydrodynamics method.The simulated results of approximate factor method and the smoothed particle hydrodynamics method are well agreement with the simulated ones of Win-cast software,which verifies the feasibility and effectiveness of two methods.In the smoothed particle hydrodynamics method,particle can carry material properties and move in space.Compared with the traditional finite difference method,there is no difficult to accurately determine the position of free surface and moving material interfaces,exhibiting advantages in establishing mathematical model.
