摘要
为了解决传统减材制造钛合金直齿面齿轮工艺复杂、成本高昂、精度偏低的问题,采用基于快速铸造成形原理建立熔模铸造的试验模型。通过试验得出用于熔模精铸型壳组分配比、蒸气脱蜡、型壳焙烧、真空室离心浇注及制件后处理的具体工艺。对铸件尺寸精度和表面粗糙度检测表明,这种工艺可以铸造出精度等级达到CT4级、尺寸误差小、表面粗糙度低(4.52μm)的钛合金直齿面齿轮,并验证了工艺的可行性。
In order to solve the sophisticated process,high cost,low precision problems in traditional subtractive manufacturing method to manufacture titanium alloy straight tooth surface gear,based on rapid casting forming,experimental model of investment casting was established.The processes such as ceramic shell ingredients ratio,steam dewaxing,shell baking,centrifugal casting in vacuum chamber and the post processing were presented.By measured the dimensional accuracy and surface roughness of the investment castings,the results show that the technology can make titanium alloy straight tooth surface gear with comprehensive precision of CT4 and small size error,low surface roughness.In addition,the feasibility of this process was verified.
