可穿戴坐具设计研究初探

The Design and Research of Wearable Seat

对可穿戴坐具设计进行研究。从长期站立重复作业导致工人罹患肌肉骨骼疾病的现状出发,指出发展可穿戴坐具的必要性。通过对可穿戴坐具目标使用人群实际需求的研究,得出可穿戴坐具设计应满足人性化、加工工艺性、经济型三大原则。通过对可穿戴坐具的造型设计、结构设计、尺寸设计、材料设计四个方面的研究,得出可穿戴坐具的设计必须综合考虑多方面的因素,才能达到便于穿戴、满足动态静态流畅转换、行走无阻碍、负重小、坐姿状态舒适的综合设计要求。通过梳理可穿戴坐具的发展现状,得出可穿戴坐具的实现批量化生产还有很长的路要走,但未来拥有巨大的市场潜力。

Having researched on the design of wearable seats, it is necessary to develop wearable seats from the perspective of workers suffering from musculoskeletal diseases because of long-term standing repeated operation. Having been based on the research on the actual demand of the targeted group using the wearable seat, the design of wearable seats should follow three main principles of humanization,fabrication procedure and economy. Various factors must be taken into consideration to achieve the goals of wear easily, postural transition quickly, walk smoothly, low weight, sit comfortably by studying the four aspects of appearance design, structure design, dimension design and material design about wearable seat. By combing the development status of wearable seat, it is pointed that it is still a long way to go to achieve mass production, but the wearable seat has an enormous sale potential market.
