新型养老机构家居设计初探

A Preliminary Study on the Design of New-type Pension Organizations

21世纪以来,我国老年人口持续上升,人口比例趋向老龄化结构,因此社会上涌现出许多养老机构。但这些养老机构存在着盲目发展、标准不高、只重数量不重质量、只求盈利不求服务等问题,无法解决目前我国老龄化危机。针对上诉问题,本文着重论述传统养老机构的现状、新型养老机构的发展目标,以及新型养老机构室内特点和设计要素,探讨如何建造一个全面适老化的养老机构,营造一个全面适老化的室内空间。

Since the 21st century, the population of the elderly in China has continued to rise,and the proportion of the population tends to have an aging structure. As a result, increasing pension institutions are built. However, these pension institutions have been blindly developing with low standards,which means,only quantity but no quality or profitability is focused on. Based on the situation, the problem of the current crisis of aging in China can not be solved. In view of the above problems, this paper focuses on the status quo of the traditional pension institutions, the development goals of the new pension institutions, as well as the indoor characteristics and design elements of the new pension institutions, to discuss how to build a new pension institution which satisfies all the demands of the aging and to discuss how to create a fully adaptive and comfortable space for the aging.
