摘要 薄木是一种贴面用的装饰性材料,由于木材资源的日益匮乏,薄木的使用量越来越大,这就对家具企业的薄木拼花生产效率提出了更高的要求。当前研究薄木拼花侧重于研究其工艺、工时方面,对于薄木拼花的数控化、机械化的研究甚少。为了更好的研究发展薄木拼花工艺新技术,本文对不同的拼花工艺、所用设备进行总结,分析对比各种拼花工艺的优缺点,提出初步的薄木工艺改进方法。 Veneer is an ornamental materials. Due to the growing lack of timber resources, the use of veneer is also growing, which puts forward higher requirements to the furniture business veneer parquet production efficiency. However, the study of veneer parquet is mainly the process and working hours of the study. For the veneer parquet of the NC and mechanization, there are few studies. For better study and developing the new technology of veneer parquet, this paper summarizes the different parquet technology and the equipment used to analyze and compare the advantages and disadvantages of various parquet techniques, and puts forward the preliminary improvement method of veneer process.
