技术美学对榫卯结构再设计的启示

The Enlightenment of Technical Aesthetics on the Reconstruction of Tenon Structure

传统的榫卯结构由于其制作周期缓慢、材料选择单一和缺乏设计创新等问题愈加不适用于现代的设计应用。本文基于技术美学的基本理论,通过剖析家具中的榫卯制作及其结构特点,结合传统榫卯结构表现出的问题,从再设计的角度上对其材料选择、制作方法及榫卯结构创新提出了新的思路,以飨读者。

For its slow fabrication-cycle,monotony material selection and unoriginal design,the traditional tenon-and-dwelling structures are increasingly unsuitable for modern design applications. Based on the basic theory of technical aesthetics,from the redesign point of view, this article put forward new ideas about the selection of material,production methods and the innovation of tendon structure to readers in accordance with analyzing the production of tenon in furniture and its structural features, combining with the structural problems of traditional tenon-joint.
