摘要
为解决湿热地区震后临时安置房普遍存在的室内夏季闷热、秋季潮湿问题,分析了汶川和雅安地区临时安置房在减少房屋得热量、促进房屋通风和防止地下水汽上侵等方面采取措施的可行性,从房屋形式和构造角度提出可改善湿热地区临时安置房室内热舒适性的房屋遮阳、通风、地面防水汽的方法,并通过建造实验检验上述方法的可行性,为湿热气候灾区临时安置房的设计和建造提供参考。
In order to solve the problem of heat in summer and humidity in autumn in the interior of temporary settlements in the aftermath of earthquake in hot and humid regions in South China, this paper analyzes the feasibility of reducing heat and enhancing ventilation with measures to prevent underground moisture incursion. It offers some favorable methods in terms of housing form and construction to improve sun-shading, ventilation, and insulation of moisture on the floor. It also verifies the feasibility of abovementioned methods through experimental construction, which provides reference for the design of post-disastrous temporary settlements in those areas.
