中美养老机构的环境设计和产业竞争力对比研究

A Study on Environmental Design and Industrial Competitiveness of Chinese and American Care Facilities for the Elderly

实证调研了14家中美养老机构,从环境设计的角度分析其具有人文属性的产业竞争力。数据分析运用了定量和定性两种方法,以谨慎定义的环境元素和产业竞争力指标为基础,通过统计分析进行归纳。最后,结合竞争力评分,剖析了影响养老机构产业竞争力的环境设计要素,对养老机构的规划设计及改造提出参考意见。

This research investigates 14 care facilities for the elderly in China and the US to study the industrial competiveness of humanistic property from an angle of environmental design. Based on discreetly designated environmental factors and industrial competitiveness, it uses both quantitative and qualitative methods for analysis and with summarization by means of statistical analysis. In the end, it examines environmental design factors with impact on industrial competitiveness of care facilities for the elderly with recommendations for planning and renovation.
