摘要
针对大城市边缘区保障房住区内老年人群生活需求与基本服务设施配置不足或不相适应的矛盾,提出构建基于老年人生活需求的服务设施适老匹配模型。并以石家庄为例,选取10项公共服务设施进行适老匹配度计算,以期为基本生活服务设施提供参考依据。
This paper explores the contradictions between demand and inadequate supply of basic living service facilities in these areas, proposing a model that matches the living demands adaptive to the elderly. Taking Shijiazhuang as an example, it calculates the matching degrees of ten basic living service facilities, in the hope of improving living conditions of the elderly who live in the urban fringe and providing reference for reasonable deployment of basic living facilities.
