中医医院护理管理信息系统建设规范的制订

Standards development of nursing management information system in hospitals of Traditional Chinese Medicine

目的研究和设计中医护理管理信息系统建设规范,为各中医医院信息化建设提供参考依据。方法采用文献研究、问卷调查、专家咨询和现场考察等方法,构建中医医院护理管理信息系统框架;起草系统建设规范初稿;采用专家咨询、综合集成确定中医医院护理管理信息系统建设规范。结果确定了中医医院护理管理信息系统由人力资源管理、财力资源管理、物力资源管理、业务资源管理和系统设置构成的基本功能架构,由基础应用层、核心业务层和管理层构成的系统技术架构;提出了系统涉及的信息资源库、接口管理、数据安全与质量管理、IT基础设施建设的参照标准。结论该规范立足临床的现实需求,从中医护理学科体系、医院护理管理角度出发,是中医医院护理管理信息系统建设的有力依据。

Objective To develop the standards of nursing management information system in hospitals of Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM）. Methods Literature research,questionnaire survey,expert consultation and investigation were all used to develop the framework of nursing management information system in hospitals of TCM. Standards draft was written. Standards were finalized through expert consultation and integration of the suggestions. Results The nursing management information system was consisted of human resource management,financial re- source management,material resource management,business resource management,and system setting. The system technology was made up of basic application level,core business level and management level. The study identified the reference criteria for information resource,interface management,data security and quality management,and basic IT construction. Conclusion The standards developed in the study are based on the actual clinical needs,nursing of TCM and hospital nursing management. It can be used as the strong evidence for development of nursing management information system in hospitals of TCM.
