Investigation and Suggestion on College Students Employment in Application Oriented Universities

采取调查问卷的方式对应用型本科院校大学生的就业心态、就业途径、就业能力、就业指导与服务等方面进行调查分析,了解大学生在就业中的优势和存在的问题,针对性地提出提高应用型本科大学生就业率的建议和对策。

A questionnaire survey is conducted to investigate the employment mentality,employment approaches,employ ability,employment guidance and services of undergraduate college students in applied universities,to understand the advantages and problems of undergraduates in employment,so as to propose applications for improvement,and to give suggestions and countermeasures of raising the undergraduates' employment rate.
