GIS技术在城市公共停车场选址中的应用——以长春高新技术开发区为例

A Study On Public Parking Location Planning Based On GIS——A case study for Changchun High-tech District

针对长春高新区停车普查获取数据基础上,运用层次分析法,从对城市公共停车场选址有影响的众多因素中,选择出最主要的5个作为影响因子,并确定其权重,利用GIS技术中空间叠加分析功能,对选址范围可视化展示,得出长春高新技术开发区公共停车场选址范围图.通过现状已有停车场的适应性校核,证明该方法的合理性,可将该方法在其他类似地区加以应用与推广.

Parking contradiction is a hot issue in the process of city development and construction. The public parking is of great significance to the construction and development of the city. Parking is one of the more prominent problems with the rapid development of social economy. In this paper,based on the survey of Changchun High and New Technology Industrial Development District parking facilities,the use of AHP achieves the objective selection of five factors and their weights. Through the GIS and spatial overlay layers analysis function,the influence scope of each factor is obtained,with visualization of GIS figures. Finally,we get the suitable public parking location map of the of the Changchun High and New Technology Industrial Development District. The method is reasonable through the analysis of adaptation.It is rational to apply this method to the other similar cities.
