摘要
对于一些需精确定位的连续油管作业,如多薄层压裂,连续油管自有的深度计量设备误差太大。通过对三种井下定位方法的对比,得出机械式套管接箍定位器法定位准确,研发难度小,且成本低。鉴于此,进行了机械式套管接箍定位器结构设计、工作原理研究,并经过室内实验和现场实验论证,性能指标满足现场要求,取得了预期效果。
For some need precise positioning of the coiled tubing operation, such as many thin layer fracturing, coiled tubing's depth error is too big. Through the comparison of three kinds of downhole positioning method, mechanical casing collar locator is accurate in positioning, easy in development, and low in costs. Accordingly, mechanical casing collar locator was developed. Passed through laboratory and field test of justification, performance indicators met site requirements, achieved the desired results.
