五段制井眼降斜段钻井提速关键技术分析

摘要 五段制井降斜段摩阻大,滑动钻进托压现象严重,导致滑动效率低。为此,本文分析降斜段技术难点,提出了"井斜角≥15°时采用水力振荡器+1.5°单弯螺杆进行主动降斜;井斜角<15°时采用"常规钻具+螺杆式液动冲击器"进行自然降斜段的提速技术,并在B16108井进行了现场试验。试验结果表明,该技术有效提高了降斜段机械钻速,提高降斜效率。本文的研究,为五段制井井眼降斜段钻井提速提供了有力的技术支持。 In slant well, the friction is large and the sliding pressure is serious, which results in low sliding efficiency. In order to solve this problem, this paper analyzes the technical difficulties of the drop section, and puts forward that "hydraulic oscillator +1.5° single-curved screw" to reduce the inclination, when the inlination is more than 15°. And the conventional drilling tool +screw type hydraulic impactor is used for natural descent, when the inlination is less than 15°. And the field test is carried out.The test results show that the proposed key technology can effectively improve the ROP of the drop section and improve the down-slope efficiency. The research of this paper provides the technical support for the drilling speed-up of drop section of the slant wellbore.
