摘要
为解决东海低孔渗储层固井过程中欠压稳发生气窜,造成固井质量不佳的问题,研究了防气窜的压稳技术。通过低孔渗储层物性研究、水泥浆柱静胶凝强度与压力损失分析,建立低孔渗储层压稳判断方法和计算方法,并制定双凝水泥浆、加重钻井液等压稳技术措施,确保低孔渗储层固井质量。该技术在东海探井进行了应用,固井质量优良,满足了固井压稳防气窜的需要。
In order to solve the poor cementing quality causing by gas channeling in cementing of low porosity & low permeability reservoir in east China sea, research on pressure stabilizing technology of anti-gas channeling. Through the study on low porosity & low permeability reservoir physical properties, the slurry column static gel strength and pressure loss analysis, establish the low porosity & low permeability pressure stability judgment method and calculation method, and design separable setting cement slurry, using weighted drilling fluid, to ensure cementing quality. The technology has been applied in exploration well in east China sea, the cementing quality is excellent, and will meet the requirement of cementing anti-gas channeling and pressure stability.
