摘要
以海洋石油某高温高压气井为研究对象。海3井完钻井深5 329 m,为渤海第一深井,生产套管为114.3 mm尾管,177.8 mm尾管回接至距井口317.34 m,井身结构复杂。针对该井射孔作业存在的技术难点,对射孔工艺方案选择,点火方式选择,射孔管柱设计及现场施工等方面叙述。本井射孔段分为两层,以底层为分析对象,采用TCP平衡射孔方式,经设计讨论分两次平衡射孔,单独下一趟负压返涌管柱,射孔起爆压力约为20 MPa,射孔枪、导爆索、传爆管、射孔弹炸药均为超高温炸药,射孔管柱及井下工具均能满足高温高压井射孔作业。
This article mainly talks about a high temperature and pressure well on the sea.The well of the Sea Three drilled ending with 5 329 meters which is the deepest well in the offshore oil, production casing is 114.3 mm,177.8 mm casing tieback to the position 317.34 m from the wellhead. For technical difficulties that exist in well perforating operations, perforation scheme selection process, the ignition mode selection, aspect perforating string design and site construction is described. This section is divided into two well perforation to the bottom for the analysis of the object, using TCP perforating balanced way, designed to discuss twice balance perforating, separately under negative return trip Chung string, perforating detonation pressure of approximately 20 MPa, guns, detonating cord, detonators, explosive shaped charge explosives are ultra-high temperature, perforating string and downhole tools can meet HPHT perforating operations.
