煤制乙醇调配乙醇汽油相稳定性的研究 被引量:2

摘要 使用煤制乙醇和乙醇汽油调合组分油(92#)配制出不同比例的乙醇汽油。实验研究乙醇含量、水含量、温度、添加剂等环境因素对乙醇汽油相稳定性的影响。结果表明,在0^-30℃的温度内,随着温度降低,E10的相稳定性逐渐变差;对比E10、E15和E20乙醇汽油,随着乙醇体积百分含量增大,相稳定性逐渐变好;水含量在0~0.4%内,随着水含量增加,E10的相稳定性逐渐变差;加入适量的添加剂,可以显著改变乙醇汽油的相稳定性。 A different proportion of ethanol gasoline is prepared using coal-made ethanol and ethanol-gasoline blending components(92#). The influence of environmental factors such as ethanol content, water content, temperature and additives on the stability of ethanol gasoline was studied. The results show, within 0^-30 ℃ temperature, with lower temperature, the phase stability of E10 gradually ~ibecome worse. Compared with E10, E15 and E20 ethanol gasoline, the stability gradually became better as the percentage of ethanol volume increased.The water content was 0 ~0.4 %, and as the water content increased, the phase stability of E10 gradually deteriorated. Adding an appropriate amount of additives can significantly alter the phase stability of ethanol gasoline.
