醚化反应产物全组成分析方法的改进

摘要 MTBE(甲基叔丁基醚)是一种高辛烷值汽油组分,是优良的汽油高辛烷值添加剂和抗爆剂,可与汽油以任意比例互溶而不发生分层现象。异丁烯和甲醇在强酸性阳离子树脂催化剂的作用下反应生成MTBE的过程中,一段反应产物的全组成分析,对装置控制异丁烯转化率有重要指导意义。但该样品为气液混合物,采样和分析过程中会经常出现采样瓶内压力骤增引起的样品喷出甚至爆瓶现象,不仅使样品失去代表性还存在安全隐患。因此,考虑能否避免这种现象发生,消除安全隐患。 MTBE(methyl tert-butyl ether)is a kind of gasoline component with high octane number, and it is a good gasoline additive and antiknock agent, which can be mutually soluble with gasoline at any rate without stratification. When isobutylene and methanol react to generate MTBE under the strong acidic cationic resin, a complete analysis of reaction products is important for the device to control the conversion rate of isobutylene. However, in the process of sampling and analysis, the surged pressure in the bottles will cause sample eject and even explode, because the sample is a gas-liquid mixture. It is not only to lose the representation of samples but also exist security risks. Therefore, it is considered to how to avoid such a problem and eliminate the risks in this article.
