摘要
劳动关系是否和谐,事关人民就业生活、社会和谐稳定与经济持续发展,问题关键是地方政府在劳动关系调整中发挥着什么样的作用。新时代社会主要矛盾和矛盾主要方面的深刻变化,必将对人们的发展理念和国家政策制定带来长远而广泛的影响。实现劳动关系和谐,除了建立和完善矛盾的有效化解机制,政府要主动作为,从源头抓起,探索建立企业利润分享机制,以共享促和谐。同时,要发挥协商协调和思想道德教育在劳动关系调节中的作用,促进双方和谐共赢。
The harmony of labor relations is related to people's employment and life , society ’ s harmony and stability, andeconomic sustainable development. The key to the problem is what kind of role played by local government in the adjustment oflabor relations. The great changes of social principal contradiction and its main aspects in the newera will surely bring long-term and widespread impact on people ’ s development concept and national policy making. In order to achieve harmonious labor relations, apart from establishing and improving an effective mechanism for defusing conflicts, government must initiativelyexplore and establish a profit sharing mechanism for enterprises to promote harmony. At the same time, it is necessary to play itsrole of consultation and coordination and of ideological and moral education in the regulation of labor relations so as to promote aharmonious and win-win situation for both sides.
