摘要
建筑工业化的主要特征是设计标准化、构件制造工厂化、施工装配化。节能装饰一体化的装配式外墙研制对于装配式混凝土结构体系和钢结构体系都意义重大。研究了一种自带装饰效果的夹芯保温外墙板,并利用CAD及SU对墙体的组合构造及拼装技术进行了模拟优化设计,利用墙板自身构造的特殊性来实现装配式组合墙体的稳定性、节能性及美观性。
The main features of the construction industrialization are the standardization of design,the factorization of component manufacturing,and the assemblage of construction. The development of the energy-saving decorative integrated of fabricated external wall panels is of great significance to the assembled concrete structure system and the steel structure system. External wall panel made of insulation board sandwich with self-contained effect is studied. And the combination of CAD and SU is utilized to simulate and design the wall structure and assembling technology. The stability,energy efficiency and beauty of the assembled composite wall are realized by using the particularity of the wallboard itself.
