广西居住建筑能耗监测与分析平台研究

Energy Consumption Monitoring and Analysis Platform of Residential Buildings in Guangxi

在分析广西居住建筑能耗基本情况的基础上,从硬件的搭建、软件的编写、数据的采集与处理和数据库的管理等几个方面设计了一套适用于居住建筑能耗监测与分析的平台。以一栋90户的小区建筑为试点对象,通过通信网络采集该建筑的水电能耗并进行分析,并以图表的形式展示出建筑用能情况。平台的建设为广西居住建筑的能耗统计分析提供了数据基础,有助于进一步研究制定相应的节能规范和制度,引导居民合理用能、节约用能,对于促进广西绿色可持续发展有着深远的意义。

Based on the analysis of the basic situation of residential building energy consumption in Guangxi,a set of platform for energy monitoring and analysis of residential buildings is designed from the aspects of hardware construction, software writing, data collection and processing and database management. A residential building of 90 households is studied as a pilot object,its water and electricity consumption are collected through the communication network for analysis,showing the building energy consumption in the form of a chart. The construction of the platform provides the data basis for the statistical analysis of the energy consumption of the residential buildings in Guangxi,which will help to further study and formulate corresponding energy conservation norms and systems,guide residents to use energy and save energy,and have a far-reaching influence on promoting green sustainable development in Guangxi.
