摘要
目前我国建筑能耗占比与日俱增,而为大型公共建筑提供冷热量的冷热源能耗又在公共建筑能耗中占有很大比例。通过对既有存在问题的大型公共建筑内部冷热源进行改造,从而降低公共建筑能耗浪费这一现象变得刻不容缓。以沈阳市某商住综合楼的冷热源改造为例,分析了冷水机组+燃气锅炉、冷水机组+市政热网、水源热泵机组三种不同冷热源改造方案的经济性和可行性。通过分析得出:采用水源热泵机组作为冷热源可以带来明显的经济效益。
At present,building energy consumption is increasing in China,the energy consumption by cooling and heating accounts to a large proportion in public buildings. It is imperative to reduce the energy consumption of public buildings by transforming the cold and heat sources inside the large public buildings with existing problems. Retrofitting on the cold and heat source in a commercial and residential building in Shenyang is expounded,the economic and feasibility of three cold and heat source reconstruction schemes are analyzed,including the chiller + gas boiler,chiller + municipal heating net,and water source heat pump unit. It is concluded that the use of water source heat pump unit as a cold and heat source can bring obvious economic benefits.
