紫花苜蓿枯黄期根腐病初步研究

Preliminary study on root rot disease of Medicago sativa at withering stage

本实验对西南大学后山实习草场种植3年的紫花苜蓿(Medicago sativa L.)植株根腐病进行了研究。实验按照柯赫氏法则对所取样本根部真菌进行了分离、鉴定。研究发现,该草场人工栽培紫花苜蓿根部带菌率平均为49%。该草场苜蓿根部真菌主要有腐皮镰刀菌(Fusarium solani)、尖孢镰刀菌(Fusarium oxysporium)、镰刀菌1(Fusarium sp1.)、镰刀菌2(Fusarium sp2.)、粉红胶帚霉(Gliocladiumroseum)和无孢菌丝体6种。此外还自样本根部分离到黑根霉(Rhizopusstolonifer)、青霉(Penicilliumsp.)两种腐生真菌。未产孢真菌,有待进一步进行鉴定。

Root rot disease of 3-year-old alfalfa was studied at rangeland of southwest university. Roots of alfalfa were sampled at withering stage. Root invading fungi of alfalfa were isolated and identified at laboratory. The results showed that the percent frequencies of germ-carrying-root of 3-year-old alfalfa were 49% in average; and Fusarium solani; Fusarium oxysporium; Fusarium sp1.; Fusarium sp2.; Gliocladiumroseum and Sterile mycelium were isolated most frequently from roots samples of alfalfa. Saprophyties,Rhizopusstoloniferand Penicilliumsp were also isolated. Sterile mycelium is depending on farther identification.
